Abstract

Academic engagement of learners for teaching and learning repeatedly proved ineffective, reflects experts in the 21st century. Some of the books .. Rethinking MBA Education  by Shrikant; Excellent Sheep: The Miseducation of the American Elite by William Deresiewicz )Managers not MBAs by Henry Mintzberg are some of the wild cries made by the serious academics.
Glocalization calls for a new model of learning in the 21st century. Literature supports bringing transformation in teaching pedagogy to enable learners to tackle the challenges.  This calls for rethinking educational pedagogy in developing a learner-centric approach
This paper introduces the entrepreneurial learning in a management program. This paper discusses  highlights the Seekho – Becho Seekho, Bech- Bech ke Seekho philosophy. With this exercise, students observe the learning outcome from the beginning of the process and enjoy learning beyond the classroom. This paper explores the implementation of Maha Mandi approach of learning (taking students out of the classroom and directly reaching out to consumers). 

Paper analyzes the impact of the use of this pedagogy in student’s development and value addition, and demontrate  a pedagogical change as a part of curriculum reform in management education. Students self-reflections, observations, testimonials demonstrate how the Maha Mandi process and outcomes influenced their beliefs and enhanced learning.
